The European Commission’s public consultation on ‘Science 2.0: Science in Transition’ closed on 30th September 2014.
The European Commission’s Directorates-General for Research and Innovation (RTD) and Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CNECT) validated the outcomes of this public consultation at four stakeholder workshops:
- 22nd October 2014 in Leuven
- 6th November 2014 in London
- 20th November 2014 in Bucharest
- 4th December 2014 in Madrid
Key stakeholders were invited to the workshops to present their overall position on ‘Science 2.0: Science in Transition’ and to engage in discussions on major themes underpinning ‘Science 2.0’.
This website will be available until the close of the validation process, to provide information on the process itself and to facilitate discussion by allowing readers to comment on the outputs of the consultation and the workshops: the draft Policy Brief and the Fact Sheet.
April 2015: The final report of the validation is now available: Science 2.0 Final Report
